Brian Murphy sworn in as a Director of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association

I was recently sworn in as a Director of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

It is a true honor to be on a board including such distinguished attorney’s, such as my colleague at RGLZ, Tom Valet.  Tom ended his term as one of the most influential, innovative, and successful Presidents in NYSTLA’s history. I also watched my friend Dave Scher be sworn in as NYSTLA’s new President by Chief Judge Rowan Wilson. Thank you Tom for all you have done for NYSTLA and congratulations Dave and all of the new Officers and Directors.

As a Director, I will continue to work for the mission of the NYSTLA, which is

 “To promote a safer and healthier society, to assure access to the civil justice system by those who are wrongfully injured and to advance representation of the public by ethical, well-trained lawyers.”
